HongKong Land is a leading property and infrastructure investment, management and development group. The Company owns and manages some 5 million sq. ft. of prime office and retail space in the heart of HongKong’s central business district. ISS Facility Services contracts include five buildings: The Prince's Building, The Landmark, Jardine House and Exchange Square. A new building at 11 Chater Road is HongKong Land’s latest world-class development in HongKong. At the cost of about USD 300 million, it will be a premier high-tech property in Asia, with maximum flexibility in services and scheduled for mid-2002 completion.
