Established in 1980, Bumrungrad Hospital is a recognized leader in private health delivery throughout Thailand and the region. In 1996, Bumrungrad renewed its long-standing commitment to quality care with the opening of its new 554-bed facility, amongst the largest private hospitals in the ASEAN countries.
Bumrungrad is a full-service tertiary care facility professionally managed by a multinational team of American, Thai, Singaporean and European managers. It employs over 600 highly qualified physicians representing all specialties, many with overseas training and certification. Out-patient clinics accommodate 3,000 patients per day.
The facility also features an extensive diagnostic centre which includes MRI services. Tertiary services include a heart centre, the Horizon Regional Cancer Center, and neonatal intensive care.
