The Collaboration Extranet is primarily a document
management tool that can handle all documents formats such as Word, Excel,
PowerPoint, pdf etc. and provide upload, download and online viewing facilities
for these files. Furthermore the solution provides a variety of added functions
like advanced search, polling, notifications etc.
The ISS Collaboration Extranet will make all communication and
documentation available online, minimising the effort to retrieve the latest updated
information and simplify the knowledge exchange process, be it in the
pre-contract phase or in an ongoing contract.
