ISS extends global full-service partnership with multinational manufacturer

ISS A/S, a leading workplace experience and facility management company, has extended an existing full-service partnership agreement with a multinational manufacturing customer, covering sites in many countries around the world. The contract now runs until December 2026 with an annual value of approximately 1% of ISS’s annual Group revenue.

ISS worked with the customer in various countries, until this partnership was expanded to a global one in 2019, encompassing headquarters, offices and manufacturing locations.

The extended contract for manufacturing sites continues to cover all integrated facility management services, including cleaning, waste management, technical services, reception services, and supplier and compliance management. The contract runs until 31 December 2026, with more than 3,000 ISS on-site employees engaged on it.

Sam Hockman, Group Chief Operating Officer of ISS, is excited about the continued collaboration:

“This extension is a testament to the strength of our partnership. In close collaboration, we have built a solid and value-creating foundation that empowers our thousands of on-site employees to deliver high quality services on a daily basis. I very much look forward to continuing this journey together.”

This contract extension was included in ISS’s full year results for 2023, which were announced yesterday.
