With more than 480,000 employees throughout the world, ISS has developed a very strong training capability in national and local operations. ISS Netherlands is a point in case.

Within the "walls" of a recently established academy, ISS Netherlands offers a total of 220 distinctly different training programmes. The programmes cover anything from operational finance, general management and intercultural communication to very hands on skills like food hygiene. ISS Netherlands defines training paths for each functional position. In addition, all employees can access an IT training portal and apply for a course, using his or hers employee identification. Internal staff and a network of around twenty external Dutch training providers deliver the training.
