Within all countries we also offer comprehensive training and education enabling our employees to build a career in ISS. These programmes are run in the workplace or offered in cooperation with local business schools.
National training courses
ISS Netherlands, for example, provides 220 different training programmes for its staff. Each position has defined training paths. Subjects range from operational finance, general management and intercultural communication to ‘hands-on’ courses in skills like food hygiene. In addition people can apply directly for courses through the ISS Netherlands intranet.
