ISS Way strategy from 2008 describes our collective journey into the future, presents the ISS vision, and forms our roadmap to success. The vision was first launched in 2001 as; “Leading Facility Services globally by leading Facility Services locally” but in the spring of 2013, ISS launched a new and more ambitious vision building on
ISS Way strategy.

Today ISS is a global company with over half a million employees and to succeed we all need to know who we are, where we are going and why. The new vision does not change our strategy but does raise the bar for the organisation and broadens the ambitions of the company as we continue to do things ‘The ISS Way’.
