		Leif Östling, Deputy Chairman Member of the Board since October 2005. Mr Östling is currently President and CEO of Scania AB. He is chairman of the board of directors of AB SKF, Svenskt Näringsliv (Confederation of Swedish Enterprise) and Teknikföretagen (The Association of Swedish Engineering Industries). He is also a member of the board of directors of Scania AB and an advisory board to Toyota Industries Corporation.

		Steven Sher Member of the Board since December 2007. Mr Sher is currently Managing Director of Goldman Sachs International, Merchant Banking Division. He is also a member of the board of directors of Ahlsell AB, Edam Acquisition I B.V. Cooperatief U.A., Nybrojarl New 1 AB and Nybrojal New 3 AB.

		John Allan, CBE Member of the Board since June 2008. Mr Allan is currently chairman of Worldpay (UK) Ltd, Dixons Retail plc. and Care UK plc and a member of the board of directors of National Grid Plc and Natakate Ltd.

		Michel Combes Member of the Board since July 2010. Mr Combes is CEO of Vodafone Europe. He is also chairman of the supervisory board of Assystem SA and a member of the board of directors of Vodafone Plc.

		Harry Klagsbrun Member of the Board since December 2011. Mr Klagsbrun is Senior Partner with EQT Partners AB, and member of the board of directors of Gambro and AcadeMedia.

		Jennie Chua Member of the Board since December 2011. Ms Chua is Chief Corporate Officer of CapitaLand Limited and board member of CapitaLand’s subsidiaries such as Ascott Residence Trust Management Limited and CapitaMalls Asia Limited. She is also Chairman of Sentosa Cove Pte Ltd and Alexandra Health Pte Ltd, Deputy Chairman of Temasek Foundation and holds several other board positions.

		Pernille Benborg Member of the Board since March 2011 as an employee representative. Mrs Benborg joined the ISS Group in September 2000 and has been the Head of Compliance at ISS World Services A/S since January 2007. Previously Pernille Benborg has held various positions in the ISS Group.

		Joseph Nazareth Member of the Board since March 2011 as an employee representative. Mr Nazareth joined the ISS Group in February 2010 and has since then been Head of Group Health, Safety and Environment and Corporate Responsibility at ISS World Services A/S.

		Palle Fransen Queck Member of the Board since March 2011 as an employee representative. Mr Queck joined the ISS Group in August 2000 and has been the Head of Process Innovation at ISS World Services A/S since May 2009. Previously Palle Fransen Queck has held various positions in the ISS Group.

		Peter Jensen Jørgensen Member of the Board since December 2011 as an employee representative. Mr Jørgensen joined the ISS Group in 2004 and has been a Treasury Manager at ISS World Services A/S since February 2010. Previously Peter Jensen Jørgensen has held various positions in the ISS Group.
