Ole Andersen

Chairman, member of the Board since 27 May 2005.
Mr Andersen is currently senior advisor to EQT Partners. From September 2003 until May 2008, Mr Andersen was a Senior Partner at EQT Partners where he headed the Copenhagen Office. He is a member of the Board of Privathospitalet Hamlet A/S.

Leif Östling

Vice-chairman, member of the Board since 26 October 2005.
Mr Östling is currently President and CEO of Scania AB. Mr. Östling is chairman of the Board of AB SKF and member of the Board of Scania AB, Svenskt Näringsliv (Confederation of Swedish Enterprise) and Teknikföretagen (The Association of Swedish Engineering Industries).

Christoph Sander

Mr Sander was co-founder and CEO of Casper Limited. From 1993 until 2005 he was Managing Director of the European and Australian outsourcing services business of Bunzl. From 2004 until leaving Bunzl in 2005, Mr Sander was a member of the Board of Bunzl plc.

John Murray Allan, CBE

Mr. Allan is also member of the board of directors of DSG international plc. Mr. Allan is also a member of the Supervisory Board of Lufthansa AG and Deutsche Postbank and is a member of the University of Edinburgh Campaign Board as well as non-executive director of National Grid plc.
