Ole Andersen

Chairman, member of the Board since 27 May 2005.
From September 2003 until May 2008 Ole Andersen was a Senior Partner at EQT Partners where he headed the Copenhagen Office. Mr. Andersen is currently a director of Dako A/S.

Leif Östling

Vice-Chairman, member of the Board since 26 October 2005.
Mr. Östling is currently President and CEO of Scania AB. Mr. Östling is a member of the Board of Scania AB, AB SKF, Svenskt Näringsliv (Confederation of Swedish Enterprise) and Teknikföretagen (The Association of Swedish Engineering Industries).

Sanjay Patel

Member of the Board since 27 May 2005. 
Is co-head of Private Equity in Europe for the Principal Investment Area of Goldman Sachs. Mr. Patel is a director of R.L. Winston Rod Company, and serves on the Advisory Boards of International Asset Transactions, SmartAnalyst and The View Group.

Christoph Sander

Member of the Board since 06 April 2006.
Christoph Sander was Managing Director of the European and Australasian outsourcing services business of Bunzl from 1993 until 2005. In 2004 he became a member of the Board of Directors of Bunzl plc. Mr Sander left Bunzl in January 2006 to pursue other interests.

Steven Sher

Member of the Board since March 2006.
Steven Sher is currently a Managing Director of Goldman Sachs International and is responsible for the private equity activities of Goldman Sachs Capital Partners in the Nordic region. Mr. Sher sits on the board of Rhiag Holding Limited and Ahlsell AB.

Peter Korsholm

Peter Korsholm joined EQT Partners in 1999 and has been a Partner since January 2006. Mr. Korsholm is currently a deputy director of the board of Contex and a director of BTX Group.

John M Allan, CBE

Member of the Board of Directors of ISS since 20 June 2008.
Mr. Allan is currently Member of the Board of Management and Chief Financial Officer of Deutsche Post World Net. He was previously Chief Executive Officer of Exel plc. He is currently also a Supervisory Board Member of Deutsche Lufthansa and Deutsche Postbank as well as a non-executive Director of National Grid plc.
