Since 2009, ISS has developed a series of research projects to establish awareness of key industry developments that are critical to the FM and services industry – and also to the outsourcing profession in general.
At ISS we constantly strive to challenge the status quo and influence our industry with specific themes and content that educate our customers and the sector at large to make more enlightened decisions.
In our view, being a thought leader is important for ISS as we have the size and capability, as well as the influence and ambition, to shape the industry. ISS wish to be the outsourcing partner of choice in an ever-evolving and increasingly complex industry and have therefore established the ISS learning zone.
The ISS learning zone comprises a collection of white papers, opinions, research and other documentation in areas where ISS has a natural role as opinion leader.
We welcome employees, customers, institutions and others who have themes or specific topics they would like analysed and discussed by ISS.
