We strongly believe that the long term success of our company depends on the balance of social, environmental and economical aspects of our business.
The Transition and Mobilisation Process Framework focuses on providing an overview of and detailed descriptions of what is needed to transfer responsibility for a facility services contract effectively, either from a customer or from a previous supplier, and to optimise the commercial and service delivery aspects to the benefit of the customer. The decision on how this is done in practice is again a local decision, leaving room for local adaptation and adjustments. The framework enables the transition teams to introduce standardised controls and ways of working across our business. By adopting the guidelines and principles of the framework ISS ensures that all commercial and service delivery requirements have been considered and appropriate processes, procedures and controls have been implemented. The transfer of responsibilities to ISS will be carried out seamlessly with the minimum of disruption to our customers´ daily business.
