Need analysis processes

The Needs Analysis Process Framework provides guidelines to aiding the customer’s buying process in order to reach a satisfactory outcome. It helps identify the sequence of phases in the purchasing process and helps ISS to align its sales process to this in order to create value for the customer, based on a thorough analysis of the customer’s actual needs and wants. The framework builds a platform to help customers specify needs, identify problems and reduce risks. The Needs Analysis Process aims at meeting both parties´ interests.

The Needs Analysis Process is centred on attaining a deep understanding of the customer’s stated and implied needs. Learning about a customer’s specific situation, challenges and the indirect facility user behaviour is important in order to design the right service solution at a later stage. The framework is based on asking the right questions in order to understand customers’ needs, wishes and problems.
